GA is a Toulouse-based group that employs more than 400 people in 12 subsidiaries throughout France. Our subsidiaries are always small, never impersonal; this limits administrative chains of command and enhances the individual’s standing while fostering direct contact between the different hierarchical levels. GA’s workforce is stable and loyal to the company’s values; 30% of our employees have been with the group for more than 15 years.
To uphold our reputation for quality and innovation, we put great emphasis on occupational training and workplace safety for all our employees.
As part of its growth, GA encourages in-house mobility and endeavours to promote employees already in the company.

Internships are available year-round to engineering students. An internship is an opportunity to be trained in the group’s specialist areas and to work on large-scale projects.
